Every quote is itemised per person: accommodation, lift pass, transfer, insurance and our agency fee appear on separate lines. Local taxes and compulsory fees sit inside the total. Optional extras are marked and priced on their own.

All-in totals. No booking fee is added at checkout, the ledger total is the amount you pay.
Snow-reliability score 1 to 5 for each resort, with the current snow depth shown beside it.
Insolvency protection on every package that includes flights, in line with Ukrainian law.

What one person pays for a seven-night week

Every quote we send carries the same five lines. Nothing is bundled into one opaque figure, and every amount is shown per person.

The agency fee covers resort selection, booking, and support from our Kyiv office in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Group bookings of six or more reduce it to €20 per person.

Three clauses sit behind every quote we issue: how much comes back if plans change, which insurance your trip must carry, and who protects your money when a package includes flights.

Refunds are calculated per person and paid within 10 working days to the original payment method. The agency fee inside the deposit is not refundable.

Insurance requirements

Medical minimum€30,000 of emergency treatment and repatriation cover, the level required for Schengen entry on a Ukrainian passport.
Winter sportsThe policy must name skiing and snowboarding, both on and off piste.
DatesCover must run from the first transfer to the final day of the package.
DocumentsSend the policy 14 days before departure; we check the wording before your balance falls due.

Insolvency coverPackages that include flights are protected in line with Ukrainian tourism law, so payments stay safe if a supplier fails.
