Financial Protection Policy

1. Legal basis

This policy covers financial protection (insolvency protection) for package holidays with flights. We comply with:

• Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР від 15.09.1995
• Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015
• Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 3153-IX від 10.06.2023
• Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996

2. Protection we provide

We hold a financial guarantee with a licensed Ukrainian insurer or bank, covering package holidays sold with flights. If we become insolvent it covers:

• Refund of payments for services not provided.
• Reasonable repatriation costs if stranded abroad.
• Reasonable accommodation until repatriation.

Exclusions: already refunded claims, undocumented costs, force majeure.

3. Claims

Contact the guarantee provider or us: contact@injectflowery.com, +380 670 335 6926. Provide booking reference, proof of payment and itinerary. Claims must be made within 6 months.

4. Dispute resolution

Consumers may contact Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
