Refund and Cancellation Policy

How cancellations, changes and refunds work for orders placed on injectflowery.com. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service (public offer) and is read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Costs already paid to third parties (permits, visas, supplier deposits) are deducted even where cancellation is free of charge.

3. Refunds

Send a request with your order number to contact@injectflowery.com; we confirm in writing within 2 business days. Approved refunds are paid within 14 calendar days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation or change by us

If we cancel a service, you choose a full refund or a comparable replacement. Changes you request are confirmed in writing and may carry a price difference.

5. Send a cancellation request

Submitting the form redirects you to our confirmation page.

6. Complaints and dispute resolution

Write to contact@injectflowery.com first; we reply within 10 business days. Complaints may also be addressed to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection - Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів.
