Snow Guarantee Policy

1. Scope

The guarantee applies only to travel services whose product page states "Snow Guarantee" and confirms the resort and travel dates.

2. Conditions

• Snow depth at the stated measuring point is below the offer threshold (usually 30 cm).
• Less than 60% of marked pistes are open for skiing.
• The resort operator has issued a closure notice.
• Claims are sent within 14 days after the travel end date.

3. Limitations

• Force majeure: military action, martial law, border or airspace closure.
• Illness, late arrival, early departure or voluntary cancellation.
• Snow conditions outside the confirmed travel dates.

Compensation never exceeds the price paid and does not limit rights under Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» № 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023, Zakon Ukrainy «Pro turyzm» № 324/95-VR vid 15.09.1995 and Zakon Ukrainy «Pro reklamu» № 270/96-VR vid 03.07.1996.

4. Remedy

At the traveller's choice: up to 30% refund of the service price, a 12-month credit note, or a free rebooking to a comparable date.

Unresolved disputes go to the Derzhavna Sluzhba Ukrainy z pytan bezpechnosti kharchovykh produktiv ta zakhystu spozhyvachiv (State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection).
